Excellent customer service and Anthony was available every step of the process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns immediately. He even took the time to listen when I shared my frustration with other Ford dealerships.

Ford service, Bill Weaver and his technical staff are top drawer. I will only let them work on my Ford Vehicles. Total service professionals. Always very satisfied with their service.

Devon was my sales rep and did an awesome job. He was point on with any questions that I had and provided excellent customer service. He handled my purchase before and after in a very expeditious manner and was geared towards customer first. Awesome employee.

Easiest Experience EVER!

Start to finish I left the lot with a grin a mile wide! These guys made me family right away. They valued me a person before a buyer! Scott Allen! WOW! Thank you for the time, care and personable experience you provided. I will buy and buy again from this lot! Why? Because they valued my vision and never made their own agenda. And...I'm still smiling!

Horrible

They don’t have pictures or a decent description of their cars and there is no way people are going to travel to god awful Charleston WV to look and test drive their vehicle because your will literally tear your vehicle all to xxxx getting there because the Turnpike has pot holes that will swallow you whole! This dealership is horrible!
