I sincerely Bill and Chuck in the FORD service department. Friday I had a serious tire blow out. Both of them were excellent when I got to the shop in taking care of the situation. On Monday I picked up the new tire. Chuck was doing a big job and was sweating. Bill was literally running around to and fro. Nevertheless, they took time to take care of changing my tire in an excellent and professional way. These men are great.

I have only had good experiences with this BMW dealer and with their service department. The sales group has been a pleasure to deal with. The maintenance group never fails to be friendly and efficient.

Done work in an hour time. Did what they said they were going to do. I have 12 oil changes and tire rotations I bought with the truck new.

The whole experience was very good. The only problem I had was the scheduling department didn’t schedule my appointment . Bill however worked me in and everything was great.
