Great Buying Experience!

Moses BMW has an excellent selection of cars and I hope customers throughout West Virginia go to them first before going to Cincinnati or Columbus or Pittsburgh... the staff including Andrew Corey and Trent are very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the buying process. I needed a car in a hurry and I bought everything by email. They did not try to push me to purchase extras that I didn’t need and I really appreciate that.

Excellent customer service

We worked with Johnny Dickens as our salesman. He was very helpful, listened and found us what we wanted. Gave us a good deal and was not pushy with us at all!

Horrible Customer Service!!

Service Department really needs to understand the VALUE of customer service and how much that VALUE can spread in terms of financial results of poor service.

New truck purchase

Daniel Hines did a great job!! Very friendly and he could answer any questions I had about the process. Daniel has been been great on setting up an appointment for the bed liner installation. Very nice young man. He is a great access to your company.

F-150 purchase

Fair price, friendly service. Vehicle was cleaned and fueled up. Staff was courteous and answered any wuestions that we had. We will buy there again.

New car purchase

John & Danny were very polite & knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I originally talked with John who found me the perfect vehicle on a Sunday then I met with Danny the following Saturday to make the deal. Finalizing it on Tuesday with John who showed me how to operate everything. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

Better than any other car buying experience

I am surprised by how my buying experience turned out, I came to lot after looking on line and not finding what I really wanted. It was before 8am and raining. Geo came out to great me at my truck, I told him I was just kicking tire, right off I could tell he wanted to help me, yes he wanted a sale but he was actually interested in what I wanted. We preceded to talk, trucks and life. I have never felt this comfortable talking with a sales person. 2 hours later he had located 2 trucks for me on other lots, good computer screen helped me incision the new car smell. The more expensive 2018 super duty was what I really wanted, we worked a deal I could live with, sold. Like I said I didn’t come in to buy that morning but Geo made his inventory spread across 300 miles to include a truck I would custom order, as people ask me where did you get the truck and are you happy I can speak so positively. I have to say the attitude of all the sales staff, and there appearance was great and it started with the new car sales manager, very personable straightforward look you in the eyes group.
