I made an appointment to look at the MKX and was greeted at the door when we walked in. We then were shown the vehicle with Anna Underwood and she went over all the features with us. She then showed us more cars out on the lot and then she gave us more information to think about.

They didn't get in a hurry with us. No sales pressure. Answered all our questions. Couple things on the car needed attention and had both complete by the time we picked our car up!
