10/10 Would Recommend!

I found the perfect Equinox online at CarGurus a couple of weeks ago, and called in to the dealership immediately. I was connected to Tiffany who let me know that it was still available, and answered all of my questions quickly, professionally, and courteously. I live in North Carolina, about a 4 hour drive away from Joe Bowman, and set up an appointment to look at the SUV for last Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday morning, not only was the Equinox pulled up and ready for me to look at, but it was spotless. They even turned the heated seats on for me! When I got there, I was greeted by Chad who connected me with Megan who both put me at ease and made the entire buying process painless. They all went above and beyond to get me into the SUV of my dreams, and I'll always buy my cars from Joe Bowman. Buy your cars here!

Poor business and VERY unprofessional

I found a suburban and asked for it to be cleaned up before I decided to buy it. One of the salesman had it cleaned up. On my way to go back and look at the vehicle I received a phone call that someone already put a deposit on it. Poor communication between the staff. Unprofessional. This is poor business to sell a vehicle when you have an appointment setup and never asked us to put deposit on it!!!!!!!! Very Upsetting!!!!!

Lies from sales to service

Asked about 2 different cars and was told they were both being cleaned and i would have to come back. After some convincing that I really wanted to see them we rode around the lot to find both of them on the lot, not being cleaned. Got a decent price on my Cadillac, but was told by the sales man he would take care of an issue during the sale and then had an issue after the sale that he said he would look into and get back to me. Never took care of either and now won't even answer me...update in case any potential customers are reading. Talked to sales manager and set up appointment with the service department. They cleaned the ac system but said they had to order parts and would call me when they came in. Now the smell in the ac is back. Never heard from anyone again. Also sales manager acted like i would be reimbursed for touch paint i bought since i never got the paint i was promised. Absolutely unacceptable

Customer Service has gone down hill.

I have been a customer of Joe Bowman's since before 2003 when I bought a new trailblazer from them. They since that time have done all service on my vehicle. Yesterday, I took my vehicle to someone else. I called for service for a broken rear tail light two weeks ago. I was told by one of the service managers that he and one other manager was booked for that week and also for week of Thanksgiving. He transferred me to another service manager where I had to leave a message. I never received a call back. I called yesterday thinking I should have better luck. It took forever for the phone to be answered and when it was, she ask me to hold and the next thing I heard was ringing. I was transfered to the voice mail of the service advisor. I left a message and to date have still not heard back. I like Chevrolet, but you can bet when I buy my next vehicle, it won't be from Joe Bowman Chevrolet.

Awesome Car buying experience

Michael Guerrero

Michael Guerrero is the man to talk to at Joe Bowman. I was looking for a truck and went in to see Michael and told him what I was looking for and he just said give me a little time and I will have what you want. Michael called me up and said he had the truck for me, and we made a deal. Michael worked hard to get me the right deal, and i recommend anyone shopping to go talk to Michael Guerrero first. Thanks man !!

Mike Guerrero at Joe Bowman in Harrisonburg, Va is the man!

Mike Guerrero is simply the man at Joe Bowman's Chevrolet! I shopped around for some time at other dealerships... and deals could not be agreed on and or made. Honestly, what Mike Guerrero said he could get myself and family in a truck that I wanted colors and all... he simply did it. Very honest and open individual. More importantly he is a Veteran! So the integrity and is intact and he works for his customers! I watched him take care of one of my close friends at a different dealership... and that sold me. Best online experience ever!!!

Started with online and was amazed at how smooth the process was from beginning online and emails with Kim, speaking with Chad on the phone, then Meeting Jared to pick up the car, and the hassle free laid back financing with Jim. Purchased a fantastic car for a surprise for my husband. I was in and out so fast. The best car buying experience I've ever had. And this is my seventh car in my lifetime . Great customer service! So prepared! So professional! So friendly! Much thanks to Kim Lee, Chad, Jared, Jim for the greatest experience ever! Was well worth the 90 min drive for my hubby and I. Was a success and my husband loves loves his new car!!!!
