After working with several dealerships and looking at dozens of trucks, a salesman I met at Joe Bowman knew all my needs and wishes. He called me up as soon as a truck came in that he thought I'd fall in love with and BOY if he wasn't right! Michael Guerrero is hands down the best salesman that found me a truck more than I imagined I could buy! He worked with me over the phone for days and showed me the truck after normal business hours! I never thought salesman did this! Joe Bowman offered me such a low price that I couldnt even begin to try and negotiate the price! Mike had my new truck detailed, gassed up, paperwork ready and I was in and out within 20 minutes! Highly reccomend Joe Bowman Auto Plaza for the best deal and Michael Guerrero for making it all happen without my presence! 10 STARS!!!

Joseph at joe bowans was extremely helpful with finding a suv that was reliable and safe enough for me and my child. He made the experience stress free and fast. I purchased a gmc terrain from him and couldnt be more in love with my vehicle. The vehicle was used but in great condition and at a competitive price. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and we took it for a test drive. Vehicle was just what I wanted and Eric negotiated a deal that was right where I wanted to be. Service was excellent and I was treated with respect. This was truly a pleasant experience while purchasing a new truck. Was in Harrisonburg looking at some trucks for my son that I had seen online. After driving a couple and not feeling really satisfied, I decided to stop by Joe Bowman Auto Plaza since I had purchased a used vehicle for myself from them 2 months ago (review is below) and had a great experience. Sam (salesman from last transaction) recognized me and came to talk to me right away. After some conversation about a couple of vehicles and a test drive, they sold me another one. The customer service that I got from Sam and Tony was simply awesome. There was no pressure and all of my questions were answered honestly. They even made the purchase of the vehicle work as best as they could to get it close to my budget so we could take it home that day. Not only did they make me happy, but they made my son happy as well. I don't think he has stopped smiling about his "new" truck yet. Thanks guys! You have definitely made a repeat customer out of me and I will visit again when I am in the market for another vehicle!

Stopped by to check on a vehicle that was advertised online, but did not have any pictures. Expected to find an old beater, instead found a great looking 10 year old vehicle with very low miles. Was quickly approached by a salesman who offered his assistance. Salesman had a no pressure approach, answered all my questions and worked with me on the price to make it work on my budget.
