I really enjoyed working with Dave Ryan at Dixon Ron DuPratt Ford. He made the sales process enjoyable, secured us a great deal on a new Bronco Sport, had the car cleaned and detailed before my arrival with full tank of gas and went above and beyond including helping explain many features in the vehicle. I was with my 2 daughters that day and he demonstrated how a sales professional provides great quality customer service. His Dad jokes were pretty good as well! An additional shout out to Sales Manager, Tony Castro and head of Finance, Kim. They provided great service as well. When it's time to get a new F-150 for myself, Dave Ryan will be my first call.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The buying process was quick and easy. I would have liked to see more accessories on site, or at least some type of display for them, but overall a good experience.

Our salesman Brandon Caporale was amazing . Very knowledgeable about the Bronco I was interested in . Brandon was honest and very professional . I have nothing but nice things to say about the whole crew at Ron DuPratt Ford. I highly recommend the dealership to everyone .Not to mention the best inventory around !!!

A breath of fresh air from traditional car buying!
I visited with an interest in one of their used trucks and was genuinely surprised by the effortless experience Tony and Jonathan provided. I went to RDF to look at a F250 Lariat and they had one with all of the features I was looking for. Ventilated seats, fifth wheel prep, dual climate control and premium sound (B&O). I walked in the door and was greeted by Brandon. We walked the lot and they had one. We took it for a drive and sat down to swing a deal. I was thinking, here comes the markup stuff. Nope. They don?t do that. We worked out numbers and I was on my way in about an hour. From watching the crew here as I waited, I got a great feeling about this dealership. Solid people, family oriented place.

I placed an order with Rebeccah for a Bronco.
I placed an order with Rebeccah for a Bronco. When it arrived I received a call telling me it was in. When I got there in the morning she was waiting for me. We went over the Bronco signed a couple pages. Then I had to wait for the finance department since they start later than sales. Tiffany did all the sale paper work, and had me out just over an hour total. I've purchased two trucks from the in just over a year and they will be the Ford dealer I use in the future. I forgot to mention I live just under two hours away, and they are so friendly and professional it's worth the time! I recommend them for anyone looking for a Ford.

It was a very smooth process.
It was a very smooth process. I would suggest however that the finance "specialist " work on his customer relations. It was very obvious that he was more than upset when we refused to purchase the maintenance package. It was very uncomfortable at that point
