Our salesperson was fantastic. We made an appointment and everything was processed quickly. He kept us entertained with great stories and jokes while the paperwork went through. They treated us like human beings throughout the entire process. I would purchase a vehicle from that dealer again.

It was great working with Ian Sharp again. He has GREAT customer service and made this car buying a quick and easy process. He helped me with my 2022 F350 and again last weekend with the 2023 Mustang Mach-3. I let him know what we are looking for and he sends me videos and I pick the one I like. Yes we drive over 3 hours more if there is road construction and traffic , but it is worth it to us. The honesty and integrity are very important to us. Stopped by to just see what was available. DuPratt is the only car dealer in town and I was tired of driving to Vacaville for service. Meet with Bill Crossley and he had just what I needed, one year old with very low mileage. The buying process went smoothly. Bill keep me informed of what was happening. I planned to buy the vehicle outright but Tony told me about the four year no interest on dealer cars. Bill delivered the car to my home the next day and spent his time ensuring I knew about all the features. A day later I get a call from the shop and we already have an appointment to get the surface coat on.

New car issues
I went in for a common problem with this vehicle which I owned for 6 months and drove for 1800 miles. The rear window stayed down after being rolled down. The window didn?t roll down. I brought it in and there was no estimated time of completion. I decided to pick up my car since the part was on back order. The vehicle was fixed but there was no update they happen to finish it the day before. When I got my car back it was covered in dust due to the weather in that area. There was no complementary wash. This is the first time I purchased a new car with a problem and after it was fixed there was no extra treatment to show that the customer is appreciated.
