Very Satisfied Customer

Very welcoming and friendly group of people. After arriving, I was greeted at the entrance by dealer representative who walked me over to the desk of the sales representative. The process of purchasing a vehicle was relaxing without pressure. Everyone was very accommodating and answered all my questions/concerns.

Great service

The vehicle I was interested was washed and full of gas when I got there. The purchase process was quick and easy.

I would give it negative stars if I could.

I would give it negative stars if I could. I was sold a new car that had a check engine light within 2 weeks of purchasing. Ron Duprat Ford refused to see my car and said that they were booked everytime I contacted them about problems which was very frequently. Long story short, they sold me a lemon. This cars warrant was up and 15k miles later it needed a new engine and turbo and it continues to have problems. They gave me a really high interest rate even with my almost 800 credit score but knew I was desperate to get a car because I was a single parent and worked and was in college. I was also a healthcare worker. They don’t care. They will sell a broken car to you and not say a thing and then try to ignore you when it breaks. I highly suggest you don’t buy from this place. No one is honest and has decency.

Buying My F150

My experience was awesome -i drove 2 hours to buy my f-150 and when arrived my truck was sitting out front full of gas I test drive it and went inside and they got me out a a timely matter.

Our experience with Ron Dupratt was excellent.

Our experience with Ron Dupratt was excellent. We ordered our hybrid Ford Maverick in September 2022 and knew that it would take a long time to receive it. Dave was incredibly transparent, informed us of all of the updates as we went along, and it helped the process go smoothly. Ron Dupratt Ford was the only dealership we could find that did not charge above MSRP for a Maverick order. This was a really big deal for us because we couldn't afford to pay extra above what our truck cost. We are happy that we just received our truck, and doing the paperwork was so easy. Dave handled everything on his end to make the process as seamless for us as possible, and we appreciate him and Ron Dupratt Ford so much! We would highly recommend them if you're searching for a new Ford!

We started the process of ordering a new Ford Maverick

We started the process of ordering a new Ford Maverick Hybrid back in the summer of 2022. We finally took delivery on 11/18/23. The reason we chose this dealership even though there are 6 others that are much closer, is because they were the ONLY one that was not tacking a "Market Adjustment" onto the MSRP. We were kept informed by our salesman, James, over the excruciating 15 month wait. Our delivery experience was also very pleasant, as the F&I manager did not waste our time trying to force extras into the deal once we said we were not interested. We were in and out of his office in 15 minutes. While we would never preorder another vehicle from Ford, we would definitely give more business and referrals to this dealership. They have a great inventory, including a full line of MustangEs.
