Sinclair is the best
i dropped my Mustang off for it's oil change and as always, the service dept was great, they have a real person answering the phone, and my salesman stopped and asked it everything was ok and if i wanted to look at a 2015 Mustang. the oil change and maintenance check points went well, and as a bonus they vacuumed and washed my car, a nice touch that was unexpected. Sinclair has been my dealer for 10 years and they are very very good dealership.

Good customer service
I have taken my 2012 Focus in for an oil change and regular maintenance, as well as for problems with the transmission, yet again. I have taken my car in a number of times for this same issue as there seems to be a flaw in the design of the transmission on this model of the Focus. Each time an adjustment was made on the transmission. However, this time, It was determined that the clutch does indeed need to be replaced. I was very pleased to know that this will finally be done, even after hearing that it will take a month to get the parts in. Aside from the transmission issues I've experienced, I have had no other problems with my car and do like my car. The Dave Sinclair Ford service department staff has always been very knowledgeable and pleasant in advising me as of the issues with the transmission and also explaining other regular maintenance performed on my car. The service writers have wonderful customer service which, in my opinion, is important in dealing customers who have had issues such as mine, which has been frustrating since owning my car for almost three years.

Our service rep was great! But your sales rep that sold us the car was like talking to rock and did not know anything about car I guess the domer you are you get promoted to a manager!

Great Service, A clean waiting area.
I would not go anywhere else for service to my vehicle. Everyone is courteous and helpful. I believe the service man was Daniel Whittley and he was very nice. I will continue to come to Dave Sinclair. In face I was so impressed when we bought my 2012 Escort (brand new), my son bought a new car there the next year!

Great Dealership
I was shopping for a new/used Ford Escape. I decided to check out Dave Sinclair Ford. The salesman went the extra mile to make sure I understood the price difference from the used to new model. At that point we decided to purchase new. The process went very quickly and I was not pressured to purchase the extras. Great dealer to do business with.

very pleased with their service
Staff was very helpful from beginning to end of process. My car looks great, couldn't notice that it was in an accident. I always get my cars from Dave Sinclair's and always was satisfied.

My day of service.
I had a 40,000 mile check-up. Tire rotation, Oil change, etc. Watched some tv while waiting and did a little reading. It was enjoyable and fast!
