Very knowledgable

I went in to simply look for a car with no intention of buying. The sales person could not have been easier to deal with. I drove off with a 2015 Ford Explorer for less than I anticipated and received more for my trade that was expecting.

The Service was great.

I needed my transmission fluid changed, antifreeze changed and power steering fluid changed. I had an 8:00 AM appointment. My car was take almost immediately and two hours later it was done. Very good service time. I also talked with the service tech and he was very friendly and told me exactly what he was doing.

The Best Service

Even though I did not buy my Ford Fusion from Dave Sinclair, they have been my go to for service. The drop off system has been a life saver for me working crazy long hours and still getting same day service. Dave Sinclair Ford has provided quality service with superior customer service that I have not been able to find anywhere else.

Dave Sinclair Vehicle Purchase Review

The salesman, Harry, was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with my car buying experience. I felt no pressure to buy quickly and all of my questions were answered. His knowledge of the vehicle's mechanical performance was impressive. I would recommend Harry to anyone in the market for a Ford vehicle. I felt some condescension from the floor manager during my buying experience. He offered to throw in 'add-ons' which, many (if not all) dealerships, would consider standard upon purchase (e.g. 2 sets of keys, wash/detailed, etc). I would not be a repeat customer if I had to work with him again.
