Sinclair Ford service department stands out!

I had my wife's car in for work and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. I usually go some place else for simple items but it occurs to me that nothing is simple on todays cars. I will always go back to Sinclair Ford for whatever I need because I know my car or truck will be repaired correctly and safely so I don't have to worry taking my family somewhere.

Close to Great Service

It was a bit of an interesting experience, the sale person appeared to do all possible to meet my budget, however after being drawn into liking the car and signing a few papers my budgeted price shot out of scope. They said they could include sales tax in the financing however this was not the case.

Exceptional service!!

Bruce Naes the service writer makes me feel like he's my own personnel consigliere. He greets me by name and really listens to what my needs are. I've purchased my last 2 vehicles from Sinclair, and will continue to do so because of their exceptional service all the way around. There are closer Ford/Lincoln dealers to where I live, but they can't beat Sinclair.

Thorough, competent

Took my 2014 Focus in for the 1st oil change - The gentlemen gave me the whole package plus tire rotation for $10. This was great

Great place of business

car purchase

Had a wonderful experience. Our salesman respected our price range and that we were trying to get as much bang for our buck as we could. Bought a certified used 2014 Ford C-Max Hybrid and we love it.

Body Shop Repair

They only had my car for a week and a half after my accident and it looks and smells like new again :). They were more than helpful every time I called. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
