service & sales in same room is a little tight. Also there is a lot of noise

Good service

I brought the car in for a bearing job and found that another set of wheel bearings needed replacement. I was given a thorough explanation and since it required extra hours and I had a doctors appointment a rental car was arranged for me I picked up the car the next day. It was a good experience.

Oil Change and 75,000 mile check...

Came in for an oil change and a 75,000 mile check. I did get a transmission service but I was wondering about how my tires were holding up. It was discussed when I arrived. On my receipt, no where did it tell me anything about that or anything else for that matter. I was just told to go pay. There was no consultation. Yes, I guess I could have pressed the issue but I of course was in a hurry so I just paid and left. I did expect an update on the car. Oh well...

Ford Escape 2010 Battery Replacement

Bruce Naes was a great help .I called, happened to get him at the other line.He said bring it in and I will take care of you.With in an hour he had it done. I cannot Thank Bruce enough for what he did.He is my service advisor! awesome customer service! Dave Witt

Excellent service; very respectful of the customer

We have always had Ford products and have never been disappointed with the customer service. Dave Sinclair is and had always been the best dealership around town. I appreciate the way the service dept, takes care of its customers and actually listens to my concerns.

Excellent service, friendly staff!

I was looking at the 2015 fusions, and the terrific salesman showed me several vehicles to choose from. I test drove a couple them and that made my decision easy. All of the features were explained to me and I was never pressured into any deal. Couldn't Have been a better experience! Thanks Dave Sinclair employees!
