New car purchase

Our salesman, Doug Cotton, was very knowledgeable with every aspect of the sale. He was very comforting in his presentation. I will honestly say that Doug was the main reason for our purchase. He went the extra mile in securing our business. Doug explain all of the systems on this vehicle making the whole experience informative and joyful. I have been in business for many years and would have Doug Cotton as a very valued associate. He is a jewel in your crown of salesmen. Your finance manager, Se Bom Kim, was likewise, very helpful answering all our questions. Overall, we had a very good experience with these two gentlemen.

Good Experience

We bought a used Ford Edge (2013) about a month ago from Adam Wilcox. A pleasure to work with a friendly salesman. We brought it in for an oil change and were met by Mike Jacober who took a personal interest in getting the correct service for the edge. He had us in & out in less than an hour. Very pleased with both gentlemen. Will go back again. Ask for them.

Great Service

Work done at the body shop. Insurance company specified used body parts. Dave Sinclair made sure parts were of good quality and the finished product is good as new.

Pre-Certified 2013 Ford Escape, Titanium Edition

I came to purchase a particular Ford Escape but it was already gone but I did find a very nice 2013 Ford Escape , Titanium Edition. This is my second purchase at Sinclair Ford. I have always had excellent service and have gotten great value there. Sinclair is one of the renowned names in Ford Sales and Service and I have never been disappointed. Staff and sales people were very helpful and pleasant. The only frustration with buying a car, this applies to every car dealership, is the amount of time and paperwork required. Everytime I buy a car it seems there are more forms to sign and more waiting time. Staff made me aware of the delays and they were very helpful at explaining delays.
