Only issue noted was incorrect mileage recorded in the record and synthetic oil was not Ford.

Dave Sinclair Ford is always on top of their game, when it comes to customer service, both on the service side of the house, the sales team, the parts department, and clerks who are willing to help in any way possible. I have purchased several vehicles from Dave Sinclair, and have my vehicles serviced there as well. Prices are comparable with any repair facility, and your work is performed by Ford ASE Certified Mechanics, who know your vehicle specifics

Normally purchasing a new vehicle can be a very daunting and taxing ordeal,at least it was at a previous local Ford dealership. Luckily I got a terrific salesman Aaron Jeffers who made the process so easy and effortless I went back a couple weeks later and bought another car! I really can’t say enough about Aaron and how helpful he was and is still being AFTER my purchases. Dave Sinclair Ford is doing things right and Aaron is the man and a big THANK YOU to JR for everything you did!

Replaced engine under warranty

Great experience with the Sinclair Ford service department, as they had to replace my engine in my 2018 Ford Edge. It fell under the 60K mile warranty, and i was out of pocket nothing! The good folks at Enterprise Rent a car onsite took car of getting me a great loaner for the duration. The whole process was hassle-free. Thanks Mark and your team!

I needed to get both of my vehicles serviced and my service tech, Mike Thiese was able to fit me into his schedule within two days for both of my vehicles. I have been having my vehicles serviced at Dave Sinclair Ford for the past five years, after my move to the St. Louis area. The staff at the dealership are courteous, professional and always willing to please the customers with whatever issue might come up. I have dealt with many dealerships and Dave Sinclair Ford is at the top of my list. Keep doing what you are doing and that's servicing customers.
