Car experience
I just bought a used vehicle from the South County location with Tom Hanniken. As a woman going into a ca dealership, sometimes you have to prepare yourself to deal with egotistical men (fro past car buying experience), but not with Tom. I told Tom what I wanted to pay and he got me the deal. I bought the extended warranty and gap insurance too, so I am hoping that Dave Sinclair honors everything I was told by from the friendly finance guy(I forgot his name), and that I am truly covered bumper to bumper for 100,000 if I need to use it. Overall good experience!

Great service
Joel Langenstein was once again great to work on my purchase of a 2014 Ford Explorer. This is my third vehicle that I've bought from Joel (2009 & 2011 Ford Escape previously) and when I need to purchase another vehicle in the future, I'll be coming back to Joel again. He consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience when I've purchased vehicles from him. Sebom Kim was also great to work with regarding the financial aspect of purchasing my new vehicle. Purchase
Joe Palumbo took the time to really listen to what I was looking for in a car. I had a previous poor experience in January there, but Tom Bedbury introduced me to Joe or I would have gone to another dealer, which would have been a first in 30 years. Bruce Naes took the time to explain the benefits of the extended warranty, which I was not going to get. Darrell in Finance was very patient with my questions. Megan was so helpful with syncing my phone.
