An Old Friend
The sales staff was extremely patiend and kind. It made buying a vehicle a lot less stressful and more like dealing with an old friend. Could not have been happier with the service provided.

SUPER DEALER !
This is our 7th purchase and we are always treated well when buying a car. Additionally your service dept. is one of the main reasons we come back over and over, we trust them to do a good job for a reasonable price, compared to the BAD experience we have had with our Belleville Ford Dealer.

Did not receive what was promised
I originally gave a favorable review of Dave Sinclair, but my opinion has changed I was promised and told in front of the finance person by the salesperson, he already ordered the extra key service and the hatch piece that was missing on the car. It is not almost 3 months later and I have not received either one. I called the salesperson, and he once again asked for my number and said he would call me back, however, he has failed to do so. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the this dealership. Julie Horstmann

We were greeted at the door. Mike asked what we needed and was very friendly. He made sure not to leave my wife out of the experience. We had good conversation about what we were looking for. The finance guy was very friendly and did not pressure us to purchase items we did not need.

Great buying experience
Our salesman Randy Graves made our buying experience excellent. No nonsense, to the point and timely. I would definitely buy from him again and recommend him to anyone thinking about buying a pre-owned vehicle.
