Excellent service, clean facility,

I came into the South Lindbergh facility with a little doubt but, left has a happy customer. I thought I was going to be there all day but, little to my surprise I was there under 2 hours which I was shocked. The customer service was excellent...everyone greeted us and asked if, anyone was helping me. I'm so happy to have done business with them and would recommend anyone to go there because l, they will have take care of your needs.

Great service

I called earlier in the day. Told them what I needed went in and they had everything done and walked out with a new car. Mike Q and Scott B were amazing. I will go back to them a million times over.

Very satisfied customer

The experience was wonderful. The decision was made to lease the Fusion and an appointment was set up. The paperwork was ready to go a head of time with as much information filled in that could have been. There was very little if any waiting time through this process. The salesperson was very professional and knowledgable. Going through finance was also a good experience and was over before I knew it. All and all it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this dealership to others. Thanks to all at Ford that made this happen!!!

Very happy customer!

I had the spark plugs changed in my 2008 F-150, A few days later I noticed a fuel odor in the cab. Took it back To Dave Sinclair and they found a spark plug not seated correctly. Repaired it for no charge and everything is good.
