Great service
I thought I needed a new tire but they were able to patch it. I didn't realize I was close to an oil change so they changed it which saves me time In the future. Fast and friendly.

Service visit
I had previously had my car at the dealership in Nov for a recall. I had them look at my one tire that had a slow leak in it. They found a nail in the tire and patched it. After a couple of weeks it started with the slow leak again, took it back for them to look at again. They repatched it and everything was explained by a service advisor about where the patch was and that it was possible for it to leak again and then I would probably have to replace the tire. There was no charge for this service.

Good service, hassle-free.
I have had a good experience at Dave Sinclair Ford. Dan Rosso is an excellent salesmen, honest and helpful and the online appointment book helps improve the service department's workflow. One thing to improve the service department, the layout is a little crowded and it was challenging to tell where to go and who to talk to.
