Don’t ever do business with this dealer!

Don’t ever do business with this dealer! They have no morals and don’t give a xxxx about the customer. TWICE in one week they sold a truck to someone else for which I had already started the process of buying over the phone since I was out of town. The second one I actually had a signed sales order for. Don’t believe anything else they may say to the contrary.

Oil Change and Washer Fluid Reservoir replacement

Dave Sinclair Buick GMC always takes good care of my vehicle, it's one of my favorite places to have my vehicle serviced. The only thing I would like to mention is, my air to my back, rear, driver side tire was wasted out after leaving and my car was not washed after being ask if i would like the service.

Sinclair Buick GMC has Amazing Customer Service!

I drove in without an appointment as my engine was overheating and I didn't know why. I was promptly met by Mr. Enright who took excellent care of myself and my car. He arranged for me to get a ride to my appointment, and told me it would most likely take several days. He called as soon as he had information to share about my car that evening and it helped knowing it was under warranty still It was a very very good experience, and I recommend you all highly!

Dave Sinclair GMC Buick Dealership

Exceptional service by the entire staff at this Dealership. They go above and beyond in taking care of their valued customers. They recently secured a tow truck to get my vehicle towed back to StLouis (as I was stranded 150 miles from home) and had a loner vehicle waiting for me. Daily progress phone calls by the Service Director kept me informed of my repairs. I am a life long customer!!

Dave Sinclair Buick on South Lindbergh

I'm greeted with a smile. Megan helped me during my appointment and gave me the results about my car. The shuttle driver, Dave, was very pleasant and drove me back and forth to my home. Thank you Dave Sinclair for being there when I needed you.
