I drove over 8 hours to pick up truck.
I drove over 8 hours to pick up truck. Did as much of the paperwork as possible prior to arrival. Financing was preapproved. In and out relatively quick. Main issues was with quality control of the truck. The 2024 2500 GMC Sierra AT4 was filthy. The saleswomen Nicki was kind enough to run it through details again while we finished signing paperwork. I made a mistake and did not look at the truck a second time after second detail, when I arrived home I noticed a large scratch on the roof of the cab by the cargo lights. I spoke with Nicki who spoke with her boss and was told, tough luck, nothing can be done due to the truck leaving the lot without documentation of scratch. I was told the truck was fully inspected 2 or more times but I am certain this did not happen after the second detail. I believe this is when the scratch occurred. I feel the scratch should be corrected as it was a new truck with damages. I am completely certain it did not happen after my leaving the lot.
