I stopped by PFF just to see what they had. I met Cameron, a sales person. He kept in touch whenever a vehicle came in that he thought met my requirements. Eventually my dream truck came in. (who knew I needed a truck) I bought it. Nobody was really pushy about the sale. It was a rather pleasant experience.

The staff was friendly and patient. With a no-pressure approach, they took the time to answer all my questions, allowed me to walk away and think on it overnight without the hard-sell tactics. When purchasing they did not make me feel rushed, fully explained all the terms, took the time to do a inspection of the vehicle with me, while providing instruction on how to use the features, where to find important items, etc. I am glad they have decided that buying a car should not be an uncomfortable experience.
