Good People

The staff was friendly and patient. With a no-pressure approach, they took the time to answer all my questions, allowed me to walk away and think on it overnight without the hard-sell tactics. When purchasing they did not make me feel rushed, fully explained all the terms, took the time to do a inspection of the vehicle with me, while providing instruction on how to use the features, where to find important items, etc. I am glad they have decided that buying a car should not be an uncomfortable experience.

Prince Frederick Ford New car purchase

Working with Jacob and Keith was fantastic and so was Lisa, the customer service rep. I enjoyed most of my experience.

From the manage on down you can tell they take pride in team work. It was obvious from my first contact with Prince Frederick Ford that they wanted my experience to be a good one. I've already recommended them to others

FORD perfection

Clean and open parking lot is a good start, inside the building clean and neat. Always someone greets, even on the phone with their body language or eye contact with you. They keep their word regarding time line of repair, what need to be fixed. Informative, friendly. Great experience over all.
