New truck purchase

Highly recommended dealership in the Kansas City area. Very easy purchase of a new truck. Easy application on line and truck was perfect. This dealer is the best.

Not Happy out of State Buyer!!!

Bought owners Fathers 2009 Bentley 2 mos. ago for a premium price $67K from Mgr. Mike (I am from AZ). Mechanic here says oil leak by smelling the burn! Car is out of time Warranty, time not miles. Asked Mike once diagnosed fullyd and priced, if they could help with repair bill (only driven car 480 miles! Was told by Mike "It is out of Warranty"that's it 5 words. This is the dealer behind the curtains! I should have had buyers beware as Mike also spoke degradingly to me about receptionist and a young kid moving a car...........Again, not pretty behind the curtain.DON'T BUY HERE!!!

Highly Recommend Jim Baker

Great dealership

Mike was the best. He was friendly, easy to deal with and no high pressure! Will recommend to everyone. Have only had my new explorer two days, so I don’t know about the service department. But, I will find out whenever I need my first service. Have purchased from other dealers in the past, but this was the easiest of all. Thanks - Mike!!!!

Shopping experience

We made the decision to get a "new" used car for our college age daughter. Both my husband and I immediately agreed we'd go to Louisburg Ford to buy, so we began our shopping with what they had available. We love the no hassle buying experience there and have had fantastic experiences with 3 other vehicles purchased. As we began looking and tried to get trade in values Mike McKinney immediately reached out to see if he could help us - we had worked with Mike before so he's who we would have asked for anyway. Great experience again. Great vehicle for a good value.

Went to Louisburg Ford on 11/9/2020 and worked with Jimmy Baker on the purchase of a new car. Pickup was traded in on a 2020 Nissan Rogue with 18,000 miles. Great dealer and a great sale. Highly recommend.

2020 Escape

So simple compared to the last vehicle we purchased from another Dealership. Luis made the process like visiting a family friend and driving out with a new SUV. I was able to easily get all the negotiations completed before my wife and I got to the dealer after we test drove the Escape the previous day. There was none of the usual uninformed salespeople and hard sell management. The price was great and we were given a fair price on our trade.

Fair, highly competent, non-aggressive sales force

Our trade in and purchase was done with Jimmy Baker as the sales agent. Jimmy is a real professional, as were the other guys who assisted in completing the assessment of our trade in and the rest of the processes to finalize the transaction. I will definitely recommend this dealership in the future and will purchase from them again.
