Just purchased our third vehicle from Louisburg Ford. Always a pleasure dealing with Brian Parise and the rest of the staff. Very fair pricing and trade-in value. I so appreciate that Brian took the time to show me all the technical instrumentation as I am not very tech savvy. He set up the navigation with our home address, and we really needed that going home as road construction closed our normal route. Definitely worth the 90-minute drive.

This was the best experience I have ever had in my 50+ years of buying cars! My husband and I arrived around 9, and we were back in Lees Summit before noon. Of course we had done our research and knew the truck we wanted and the value of our trade in. Luis was so accommodating, professional and courteous. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were given a fair price for our trade in and I believe we received a fair price for the truck we purchased.

My dad went in to have his car looked at for leaking antifreeze and Mr Kush said that he would call him and Mr Kush never called him so my dad called Louisburg Ford back and got ahold of Mr Kush again and Mr Kush apologized and said they was only half staffed my dad had an appointment on Sept 11 2025 which I cancelled because I only do business with Newman because when Newman tells you he will call and set up an appointment Newman calls and Newman takes pride in his customers and what Newman does
