2019 Buick TourX Essence
My new car shopping experience begun when I found John Jones on Cars.com. I live over 700 miles from the dealer in NYC, but the deal I found there was more than worth the trip. I have nothing but great things to say about this whole experience. Dennis Severs was fantastic to work with, he was clear, honest, precise and patient. We communicated via, email, phone, text, name it! His manager Jason Roberts was working with him on the background to help me get the best deal. After a few rounds of discussions we agreed on a price and the rest was easy and adventurous ride. I took a flight from NYC on a Saturday morning, they were kind enough to go pick me up at the airport and took me to the John Jones state of the art showroom. The location is incredible, all kind of comfortable amenities, coffee, TV rooms, daycare. I was given a tour of the entire place and wow! Just amazing! Of course I test drove the car, all was as expected, a great beautiful Smokey Grey Buick TourX. After we went over all of the details I was greeted by Jessica Brewer who walked me through all of the financing steps, answered all of my questions, presented to me all of the available options and was very pleasant to talk to. Right before I left the showroom I was informed that the car was ready, Dennis had taken care of everything including giving me full tank of gas, ready for my trip back to NYC. Driving this car back for these many miles was a pleasant adventure, specially knowing that I got such a great deal, and had met such a wonderful team of people at John Jones who were incredibly nice to work with and above all were very honest, pleasant and kind. Amazing team!

VERY POOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT
2006 CHRYSLER STARTED RUNNING HOT. HAD IT TOWED TO JOHN JONES CORYDON .TOLD THE SERVICE MANAGER TERRY SAID THAT THEY WOULD TROUBLE SHOOT IT AND GIVE ME A CALL .THEY TOLD ME THE HEATER HOSE WAS LEAKING AND I NEEDED A COOLING SYSTEM SERVICE I TOOK THAT AS A FLUSH. THEN FOUND I NEEDED A TIE ROD END AND A 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT.I HAD THE CAR TOWED ON 02/20/18, DID'NT GET THE CAR BACK TILL 03/05/18. TOOK IT RIGHT BACK IN, BECAUSE IT STARTED RUNNING HOT AGAIN TERRY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT IT AGAIN. THEY SAID THERMOSTAT WAS BAD .DID NOT GET IT BACK TILL 03/10/18. THIS HAS COST ME FIRST TIME 1052.00 THE SECOND TIME WAS 282.00 DOLLARS AND ON 03/17/18 IT HAS STARTED OVER HEATING AGAIN. i REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE JONES FOR A THIRD TIME. VIRGIL SMITH CORYDON

Chevrolet Colorado ZR2
The entire deal was done online and via text message. I don't think we could have done it any simpler. Scott Nance the sales guy did a good job of going over everything with me, and left nothing to question. Nathan Jones the Business Manager had all the paperwork laid out and ready to go when I got into his office and was in and out in no time. I'd definitely buy another vehicle from them again in the future!

I question the integrity of this dealership!
I purchased a used car from this dealership and after the purchase I realised the front air ram had been ripped off and all support brackets. The car had been up on the rack for service before the sale, they showed me the service records. When I took it somewhere to get a estimate I looked at car up on lift with the body guy and well over a 1000 dollar repair. The underneath all the support brackets broke off or gone. When I called them to let them know the car was like that it was games! I know I bought the car as is but the integrity of this dealership to sell 20,000 dollars cars with known damage really raises the question of integrity!

Best buying experience ever!
Got exactly what I wanted and my salesman Thomas McNulty made it so easy. He is the best and everyone there was very nice. I will definitely be back and tell everyone to go see Thomas at John Jones.

My go to source!
I have purchased at least 6 cars in the past 15 years from John Jones. Always feel like I received a fair price and never have had issues with my vehicles except for one. With that purchase, the check engine light came on only days after purchase. After notifying John Jones, they had me bring the car back, they fixed the cam sensor causing the issue, and also gave me a very nice loaner car while repairs were made without any cost to me. How do you get better than that? They also assured me if I had any more problems, I could return the car and they would get me into something else. I am so happy with all my purchases and with the sales and service staff as well. A+ company with good old customer satisfaction values. I will always use John Jones for my purchases and I highly recommend them.
