Insulted was the feeling I got.
Insulted was the feeling I got. Their Salem dealership sold me my present truck I drive for $15,000 2 years ago. Was looking to trade for a smaller truck. Looked at a Nissan Frontier they had, told them to work up the numbers. They come back offering only $2000 for my truck. Sad part is my truck is in better condition than when I bought it. Needless to say “No Deal”!

Crooked dealership, extended warranty scam
I'm very disappointed with them, paid $2704.00 for a extended warranty. 100% money back guarantee if you don't use it. They don't notify you of the warranty running out, or that you only have 30 days to claim your money back or get nothing. Crooked dealership, I'll never buy another vehicle from them.

Purchased a new Chevrolet Express Explorer Conversion Van. Never visited the dealership. Inquired via internet, Sales Rep Cody responded. Delivered van to me for inspection and reviewed my trade. Two days later Dealership accepted my offer and I accepted trade-in offer. Cody deliver van to me and left with my check. Super easy to deal with. I highly recommend.

Bought a used 2020 F-150 back in September.
Bought a used 2020 F-150 back in September. My review disappeared so I'm replacing it. It was listed as both "clean interior" and "professionally detailed" in their online listing, but I was very dirty inside when I showed up to look at it. During the sale I was told that they write them up like that even if they haven't cleaned them "yet". They had it a month but said they would get it detailed for me. I had to bring it back (keep in mind that this place is an hour away from my home) to have them take it to the detailer. They got it Monday at opening and returned it to me on Friday. They told that it was going to be taken to an actual detailer but had a shop guy try to clean it again. They told me this guy was great at cleaning and did the best he could. What I received somehow looked worse than when i bought it. I picked up a can of upholstery cleaner and cleaned just the console pad and made a 5 gallon bucket of water look like someone put a shovel full of mud in it. These guys are a joke, 2 attempts to clean it and they give me this? I'm now being told "Your welcome to detail your own car but per my boss we are not investing any more money it to the truck thank you for your business sorry we could not meet your expectations have a great evening" what money did they invest? My expectation was only that they would do want they said... clean the car. Photos in my google review. I have also found out after the paperwork was all done and my first bill came in that the APR was not what was agreed to.

I paid $400 to get my GMC 1500 diagnosis.
I paid $400 to get my GMC 1500 diagnosis. Greg was the service advisor. They couldn’t find the problem. I brought it back to John Jones to find the problem. I was told it will be another $89 per hour to pay his mechanics whether my truck is fix or not.
