Found a used Lexus ls460L awd online at Heuberger in

Found a used Lexus ls460L awd online at Heuberger in Colorado Springs. Called and spoke with Raina. She provided extra pictures of the vehicle and answered all my questions .I wanted the car independently inspected as I would not be able to personally view the car prior to flying from Alaska to purchase the car or not. She arranged for the Lexus to be driven to the PPI I chose and left there for him to do a thorough inspection. With a good report I put a deposit on it and the dealership was willing to extend the hold time so I could make travel plans. Raina and the staff extended themselves to make buying online an easy and positive experience. I was also given a discounted price from the advertised amount. I highly recommend this dealership whether looking locally or on line. I greatly appreciate the integrity they showed in standing behind their vehicles. I also wish to thank Raina for going out of her way to be helpful with the process.

i understand protocols and rules, but a 2024 Subaru

i understand protocols and rules, but a 2024 Subaru bought with cash about 18 months ago, and with just 25000 miles on it, should not be switched appointments 3x,only to be denied service, then have their car begin to fail a month later, but here we are... Thanks for nothing Heuberger! Don't waste your money buying here.

Bought a new 2025 Subaru outback and was talked into an

Bought a new 2025 Subaru outback and was talked into an EXTENDED Warranty (never do that ever again). The manufacture warranty is 3 year 36000 miles but if you buy the EXTENDED Warranty and you sell your car before the 3 year 36000 miles they prorate what you get back on the EXTENDED Warranty. If the car is covered by the manufacture Warranty for 3 years and 36000 miles what does the EXTENDED warranty do for the first 3 years or 36000 miles? Why would it be prorated from day 1 and mile 1 ???? have bought several cars for this dealership but you lost a customer and a accommodation Good Job Heubuger enjoy the money you ripped me off for. I would give 0 stares if I could.

Fair, no haggle pricing, with no add ons, markups, or fluff. Extremely easy process from start to purchase for my first ever new car purchase. Would absolutely buy from Heuberger again. Jim was great as a a salesperson and Mike was very helpful on the finance side.

Worst experience of my life.

Worst experience of my life. Total piece of xxxx sold to me like it was a brand new car I had to come back and fight for weeks to get all the broken things fixed. Never ever ever buy a used car from these xxxxxxx.

Jim, I think we met casually about 18 months ago. At that time, I was considering buying a used Outback Wilderness but there weren't any new or used on the lot. But we discussed quite a few details. (You're very knowledgeable.) A year later I bought one. This time I bought a 2025 Ascent Touring 7 seat for my wife with a trade in (fair value). You didn't have the color she wanted in an Ascent, but drove us around the lot to find one the same color (Red Crimson Pearl/Forester). You obtained one from elsewhere in a couple of days. My thanks to you and Dave Wilkinson.
