Overall Heuberger experience was non stressful.

Overall Heuberger experience was non stressful. Jim Adams was knowledgeable, honest, patient and made the whole experience very comfortable. He made the car buying process easy. We would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking for a car. Thank you Jim. The financing dept. however was awkward.

This is my 4th Subaru with this dealer and they are awesome! Working with Jim is a pleasure, the finance experience was also excellent. I took my other Subaru in for service at the same time and Elijah is so kind and good at what he does.

My wife and I recently visited Heuberger Subaru with the goal of selling our old vehicle, and while we were there, we happened to find another vehicle that we liked so much we decided to purchase it—all in the same day! We were fortunate to work with our salesman, Harry Schultz, who made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Harry was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we received a fair price on our trade-in, making the sale quick and hassle-free. He then guided us through purchasing our new vehicle with no pressure or unexpected fees. On top of Harry’s fantastic service, we also had an exceptional experience with Cole Collins, the Service Manager, and his team. They were incredibly helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable, providing us with everything we needed to feel confident in our decision. Knowing we had a reliable team to support us made all the difference. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, or need quality service, my wife and I highly recommend Heuberger Subaru. The dedication to customer satisfaction from both Harry and Cole’s teams truly made this an exceptional experience, and we couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle!

Zero communication from anyone.

Zero communication from anyone. No response from service advisor ALL DAY LONG. If you call and tell them what you are looking for they send you to a line that rings over and over until you have to press 2 and then continue holding or leave a voicemail. Why would I leave a voicemail when I can't even get one question answered. Between the hours of 7:45am when I dropped my car off till 5:00pm now when I am writing this. (UPDATE) Decided to take my own Uber because I wasn't able to get anyone at the dealer to send me a ride. When I finally got to talk to someone there, I was informed that they didn't complete my service request. I had three things that needed to be done and they only did the one that was $700, and that is completely fine. But to not get a single word of communication all day from anyone is just unacceptable. No one I interacted with cared about the situation. If you choose to get service done here and you end up with Jean as your Service Advisor, make sure to speak very slowly because according to him and Chris (Supervisor) I never asked for anything else to be done on my vehicle. But don't worry. They gave me a free oil change that I'm not going to use because it requires me to go back to their location. Long story short is that not one person I talked to that morning or that evening wanted to be there, let alone get any work done or respond to a simple text or phone call. Don't waste your time with them. They don't care about you.

This is my second car from Jim Adams.

This is my second car from Jim Adams. I would recommend Jim to anyone that wants a Subaru. He has always taking care of me along with the dealership. I will not buy a Subaru if it was not for this dealership. Great people there.

I bought my first car at Heuberger back in 2006.

I bought my first car at Heuberger back in 2006. It was a VW Jetta. I then purchased my first Subaru in 2014 at Heuberger with Jim Adams help I purchased my 2024 Subaru Forester Wilderness. Love it. The whole process inside the dealership took maybe an hour and a half. Thanks for all your help Jim.

Jim Adams was great to work with.

Jim Adams was great to work with. He helped us find and test drive a few vehicles until we found the right one. He is professional and easy to work with. We are recommending a family member, who will be looking for a new vehicle also, to talk with Jim as well.

Jim Adams was the perfect combination of professional yet approachable for any questions or concerns. Our experience ordering/buying a 2025 Forester with Jim and the Heuberger team has been extremely positive. We have now purchased 4 Subarus from Heuberger.
