Brought my WRX in a week ago (without appointment)

Brought my WRX in a week ago (without appointment) because one of the window switches was not working (went down but not up). Was told to make an appointment because they didn't have the part. Made an appointment and returned a week later. First thing I'm told as I'm checking in is that they would try to squeeze me in sometime as I don't have an appointment (my wife was contacted the day before to confirm). The person later denied having ever said that when I was discussing my experience with the manager. I waited and noticed my car in the service bay a couple of hours later. It sat there for maybe 15-20 minutes when I saw it being removed (never saw anyone looking at it, but I did blink a few times). After another 15-20 minutes I hadn't been called so I inquired about my car. The story I got was they didn't have the part and needed to order it. Half an hour later I'm still waiting, so upon further inquiry, am told it takes time to place an order. I told them to cancel the order. So now I'm going to be charged $170 to be told what I told them a week ago. A manager (Bernhard Kuehn) is within earshot so asks me what's going on. I whine to him about my sad story and he explained to me that they needed to confirm the issue was actually the switch and not some power issue, poor contact, etc. (all of which would have required the removal of the door panel which did not happen) and he knocked the service charge down to $90. We have purchased three brand new vehicles from this dealership, but doubt I'll purchase another.

Absolutely the best car buying experience in my 40 years

Absolutely the best car buying experience in my 40 years on this earth. Thank you Michael Byczek for your professionalism and passion. You made this experience excellent. And I really hate buying cars.. The Forester I bought run’s beautifully and goes where the wind takes me. Thank you all, much love.

Energetic and personable.

Energetic and personable. Joey assisted us in buying a vehicle and delivered it flawlessly. He briefed us on their service station and showed us the basics to operate the vehicle to include tips and insights. Easy to get along with Joey and his staff made the purchase of vehicle easy with no hassles. The finance department was easy to work with as well. I would choose him and Heuberger again.

Hueburger is great.

Hueburger is great. This is the second car we've bought from them. We're a little frustrated with the request to attend class to go over the equipment on the Forester as we live 200 miles away. Seems like that should have been done before we left the lot.Q

came in for a bad battery so they charged me $170.

came in for a bad battery so they charged me $170.00 to tell me that I have a bad battery. They then told me a replacement battery would be $650.00. I will never have this service department do anything on my vehicle again except service plan oil changes.

Working with Heuberger was the best car buying experience

Working with Heuberger was the best car buying experience ever for me. The people were kind and knowledgeable. The waiting area is very comfortable. I'm very happy with the financing and the car!
