I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a dealership before. If I could, I would give it negative stars. My boyfriend and I bought a car there 2 months ago and I regret it with every fiber of my being. The whole car buying process was not bad. The staff was pleasant and inviting. But don't let it fool you they are absolute pros at manipulation. They are the poster child of dishonest car salesmen. First of all, their "any car in any condition $4000 trade in" is complete crap. They don't tell you that they get to decide to not take the car just because they don't want it. We find a car we like and there are two small things wrong with it. The bumper has a crack in the middle and its falling off the car, and the AUX port doesn't work. We brought these up before we test drove it and Craig, our salesman, told us they would fix it no problem. Well, after MANY hours of waiting around their horribly disorganized service center, they keep the car for up to 8 hrs on multiple occasions for NOTHING to be done. But they still insist the AUX port was fixed. You have to pull the cord to one side and hold it there in order for it to work. You let it go and it cuts out. We spent the last two months fighting just to get someone on the phone to tell us what's going on. Someone to communicate with us. At the end we were told "you shouldn't have been promised something that shouldn't have been promised" so they weren't going to fix anything because its not covered in the warranty. My fault for not getting Craig to write it down because apparently the "honor system" is only a decent persons priority and these are car salesmen were talking about. We were completely screwed over and tossed on the backburner from the moment we stepped off the lot. I will never be doing business with them ever again and neither will my friends or family. The dishonesty and complete lack of integrity were astounding. They give car dealers their horrible reputation.
