Daniel was very helpful and more than capable of any of the questions I had. Very friendly and easy going, I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends!

I got everything I was looking for!

I had the pleasure of working with Freddie Banks when I came I to trade in my car. I was looking to upgrade my current vehicle and get one with some additional features I had not been able to afford previously. He made sure that not only did I find the vehicle I wanted he also made sure I was able to get the financing and monthly payments I was looking for. I will definitely come back to McCloskey in the future and will work with Freddie Banks again.

terrible salesman

Salesman does not inform you that there is only one key! replacement key is $500!!! promises referral to receice $100. never happened. did not inform me about anything!Did not know what he was talking about!!! Never again...

Great experience at the service department.

Daniel Arcilla was the technician that worked on my car. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend Mccloskey motors to all my friends and family.

Very unsatisfied with their customer service.

Went to look at a car for my daughter. Salesman was very nice of course because he wanted the sale. Found one she liked and happy they gave us a monthly payment that was within her price range. Then came the the paperwork and the monthly payment increased drastically and I was not happy at all and ready to walk out but they "hooked us up" with a high end warranty. And we bought the car. Then less than a month later had issues with key fob and they replaced it no charge. Now again same issue and this time was told it wasn't covered. I spoke several times with different workers in their facility and no one could give me a straight answer. Finally someone called back and was informed the key fob would cost $175.00. I did some research and found it for less. I'm very unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend Mccloskys to anyone and will not hesitate to discuss the bad experience I've had with them. Very poor customer service.
