They don't do what they say they will do after the sale. (Deliver the car I drove over there back to my house, and at that time teach me features of my new car). They lied about functions of my car. They said they would help sync it with the garage door, then obviously didn't want to bother with me after the sale, so said if my garage door was more than 10 yrs old it wouldn't work. Baloney... I had to mess with it for a bit, running back and forth between car and ladder, but did get it to work. They said they were giving me $ to pay out the last 2 months of a lease, shame on me for not calling myself, but they said they called my dealer and got the payoff amount. Instead they made up a dollar amount that fell short, so now I have double payments for two months. (In fairness they gave me a little bit, but added it on to the price if the car and cut a check after the fact, so I was taxed on it, do I probably lost $ on it in the end) Do not trust these people, if you go in.... Go in with both eyes open.
