Good Buying Experience!

I drove from Kansas City to look at a used vehicle I found on cars.com at Briggs Kia... and I am glad I made the trip! My Honda Element is everything I was looking for - a great value for the vehicle that I really wanted. From the first call I made, my questions were answered and an appointment easily scheduled (by Gunder), followed by friendly and helpful sales people (Richard and others) who made an effort to research info about the car ahead of time, plus an excellent interaction (with Brent) in financing who succeeded at keeping things within my budget while explaining all my options, along with being easy to work with on my trade-in made my overall buying experience a positive one. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending this dealer to other potential buyers. A big thank you to all the Briggs Kia employees for getting me into my new ride!

Awesome Salesman Cedric!

14 kia optima

This is my second vehicle I bought from Cedric. He and the staff served us well and very fair both times. Hopefully we wont be back for a while, but if we have to come back, I will definitely call Cedric again. They are not pushy and are realistic and do not try to weasel their way to make us buy anything.

Purchase of a new vehicle

Briggs Kia has a top notch dealership. We can't say enough about the folks that work there. Starting with our sales representative Cedric, he's polite, sharp and very professional. This is our second auto we have purchased from Cedric. Jay Deans, is a man of his word and did everything he said he was going to do. He answered all of our questions regardless of what they were, again, he's very courteous, sharp and professional. Bryan your financial manager is also very professional, sharp and just an all around nice guy. You have one of the best service departments we have ever dealt with. Vicki definitely takes care of your customers and your reputation. They just don't get any better than her. We have bought 20 new autos in our life time and your service department is the best as for as we are concerned. A good service department can break or make a dealership. We have no intentions of going to another dealership when it comes the time we want to purchase another vehicle. Kudos to all. Thanks for everything.

A Good Deal

My wife and I were looking for a vehicle to fit our specific family needs. We searched the internet and found a vehicle that would accommodate our family of 7. We don't have the best credit history, but Briggs when above and beyond to make sure that were were able to get into the vehicle we needed without over-extending ourselves. In our previous experience with dealerships, they're quick to get you into a vehicle but they don't consider your other expenses and how the purchase will affect your quality of day to day life. You may be able to still make your rent/mortgage and car payment, but can you still afford to have a family night out on the town? Most dealers don't care, but Briggs sat down with us and went over what the financial impact would be on our family and if we were able to accept the impact. Luckily they were able to work the numbers to a manageable payment for a length of time we were comfortable with. I definitely recommend doing business with them and I will continue to do so in the future. They stand out in a field where their competition is thought to be shady and all about the quick sell.

Great people fast and friendly

Fifth time to a dealership over the years and I have never had an experience like this all the staff were very friendly but not pushy and they really work for you came in and in a very short time was driving away in my new car can't say enough it was a perfect experience thank you very much you everyone at Briggs.
