Always great service!

Very friendly employees, always have my best interest in mind. Nice, clean dealership and service area. I have never had a bad experience when bringing my vehicle in.

Great servise

It was quick and service dept. very friendly. Vicki is a keeper and needs a raise, diffenitly. Tell her Dennis said so.

Amazing.

They had my husband I filling out paperwork, we had been there for an hour and a half, and they suddenly ran into "problems." We stepped outside for a few moments and overheard another couple talking about and looking at the truck we were halfway through purchasing. They were offering cash. We went back in, and they xxxxxx us around for another hour saying they were going to send us home in that truck that day. We left when we saw them take a new 30-day tag out, put it on the truck we were promised, and the other couple leave in it.

briggs kia new car

My new kia I just bought last year had a problem service manager Jason was very rude had to argue to get a loaner he took the lords name in vain I will never buy from briggs again they wont even call me back very poor customer service

Came in for my first free oil change and warranty work. Very happy with my service advisor Vickie, she walked through the entire process and customer service was top notch.

i felt like home

I love my new card but also the way me and family were welcome Cedric is awesome and very patient with me. This dealership is really willing to work with you budget and help out. I had a great experience and definitely I will go back when the time comes. What we also love is the warranty better than any other dealership.
