Second new car buying experience with Briggs Kia

This was my second new car buying experience with Briggs Kia and both have been positive. In this latest transaction Johnny Pittman showed me the Soul that had sparked my interest and which lead to the second trade. Johnny is knowledgeable, patient, and professional in every respect, a pleasure to work with. The Briggs service department gave me problem free care on my first Kia and I'll be calling on these folks to take care of the latest purchase. On that first Kia, my experience with the service department was all for routine maintenance. That reliable car never needed a repair.

great service

Johnny Pittman was amazing to work with. He helped my car buying experience wonderful and still continues to provide excellent customer service even after I bought the car. Definitely 5 stars.

Very Helpful

I visited Briggs looking for a used SUV. I was very impressed with Cedric Bryant's knowledge on all makes and models. He was extremely helpful and i was able to find the perfect car for my needs. I will definitely tell my friends and family to shop at Briggs Kia!! Thank you for a great experience.

Went out of their way to help, highly recommend.

Went out of their way to help me get my new (to me) Fusion in my driveway. Even after the sale (& free brake service / free next oil change), the staff worked around my busy schedule to get my car delivered to my office.

Great service

We were trying to do a "Two for one" type loan. Two cars one loan to help with my negative equity. Unfortunately it does not work that way. They were still extremely helpful, informative, and professional about the entire situation. They were not pushy on buying a vehicle like the other salesman at the other Dealers in Topeka. They were so helpful, we ended up trading in the one vehicle with good equity and get a new to us 13 Focus while still keeping our budget. Salesman, Manager, and Finance were all better than I could imagine. Definitely deserve a great service rating.

Great deals

My husband and I was shopping for a used suv and went to several dealerships ready to give up, until we went to Briggs Kia. Cedric Bryant was very nice to work with. You could tell right away that him and managers truly cared in finding the right vehicle. Thanks for every thing and we love are new sorento.

4th Purchase

My Wife Lisa, and I just purchased 2015 Kia Optima EX, from Briggs Kia in Topeka. It is the 4th car we have purchased from Briggs. The staff at Briggs are exceptional. Johnny Pittman, is our go to guy when it comes to buying a car. He makes it a point to know his customers. It is nice when you have a salesperson, who already knows what you like when it comes to a car. Nathan Lauck, makes the headache of finance paperwork run smooth as he can. He does not try to make you get anything you do not want or need. He is also a great resource when you have financing questions. When it comes to the service, I have had no complaints about that part either, well maybe the fact that Vicki Filbert, makes it a poimt to get to know you also, and that sometimes gets me in trouble with my wife, because she will tattle on me. Just kidding. Vicki, and Jason are great at their jobs. They always make sure your car is taken care of. We will continue to be loyal customers to Briggs, especially Briggs Kia. Keep up the great work!

Loyal Briggs Kia Customers
