I have gone to the Topeka Kia Dealership for years. They have always taken great care of me. There customer service is exceptional. The service department is why I own a Kia.

He definitely know what he’s doing and is super nice. I would recommend Jim for your Kia service.

I have enjoyed my Kia. I began with a used Sorento and later I upgraded to a new one. Briggs has always been great to work with which is why I plan to continue. Allen is very good. He is friendly and always makes sure I am satisfied with the service of my Kia and always takes care of any concerns I may have. Nice work Allen!

While my car was being serviced, Allan walked me over to the lobby. He kept me up to date on how much longer it was going to take. Once it was ready, he came and got me then walked me out to my car. He was very courteous, friendly, and polite.

It was a pleasure working with Kaden. A+ listening skills. We checked off every box and found the car I was looking for. He was easy to contact and answered multiple questions that I had during the finding- and buying-a-new-car process. I would come back to Briggs to buy another vehicle from him! 5-star experience. I would rate a 0 if I could. Poor customer service and communication. My wife took our Kia Sorento in to see if a piece of molding and power seat was under warranty. However, they kept the car for over 3 hours and charged us for a complete diagnostic test on the vehicle. Something WE DID NOT REQUEST! I am not sure why this test was needed, and my wife did not request this test because we take the vehicle to a different company for maintenance. All we wanted to know was if those 2 items were under warranty (the items were not because the warranty runs out at 60,000 miles and the vehicle has 67,000 miles). My wife told them to call me if there was going to be any charges, they did not call until after they ran the diagnostic test (for $130.00). All they had to do was say it was not under warranty would you like us to look to see how much it would cost to repair? We take the vehicle to Big O Tire where they always call and ask if they see something we did not ask for at no charge. I like the vehicle and was looking into buying a new one. I know we are not rich/important, however, they have lost all our business and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was very accomodating and answered all of our questions. Top notch place. Really helped us figure out our new vehicle.
