Gerry was great!
We went there to "look at" a Jeep Renegade to just get an idea of the comfort, ride and options and ended up driving one home? We were met first by another salesman who let us test drive the car and gave us a run down of all the amenities. He then passed us on to Gerry who was the reason we ended up with the car due to his listening to our needs regarding our budget. It was later in the evening, about closing time, and we still needed to go home and get our trade in vehicle. Gerry was there when we returned with everything ready to go and sent us to the finance guy to finish the deal. Gerry made sure we got everything we needed and made me one happy new Jeep owner!

Comfortable Purchase
We just bought our first new car in 11 years. Our salesman Jim made us feel very comfortable with our choice of cars and with our trade in value. He walked us through something we had not did in years and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. We are very happy that Jim was the one that took care of us.

Worst service ever!!
Worst experience I have EVER had shopping for a vehicle! First I go to the address on the vehicle listing, only to find that the building was for new car sales only (I wanted a used vehicle). THEN I go to the used vehicle section of the dealership, where I am met by an individual who had only been working there two weeks, as the dealer I was contacted by earlier was making a sale. This in itself was not a big deal, as the newer individual did a great job in showing me the the first vehicle I wanted to see. While I was looking at that vehicle, the dealer I was supposed to see stopped by, said he would be back in a few minutes and told the newer employee to give me a test drive if I wanted one (I didn't as the vehicle smelled like smoke). That's when the fun began, as there were three other vehicles I wanted to see, it took them 20 minutes to figure out that one of them was not available (possibly sold), then I sat waiting for my contact to show up for 45 minutes (never did show), finally I found that the two other vehicles I wanted were 2015 models (even though they were listed on the used car page) and I needed to see ANOTHER facility to get the information on those. Once at the other facility I found out that the two I was interested in were only listed in the price range I was looking at online because they required a number of very precise criteria to be met to qualify for certain rebates! All in all I wasted two hours of my time, saw one vehicle that was scratched up and smelled like a cigarette butt, and found out their price online for the other vehicles was a joke. Avoid this place at all costs if you vaue your time!!

Absolute Worst Customer Service Ever
I wanted to give Zero stars, but 1 star is the lowest allowed. I have bought more than 50 vehicles in the past 25 years and hands down, Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge provided the worst customer service ever. I found the car I wanted on line, a top of the line model with very limited availability. My first call to the dealership went unanswered. My 2nd call was met with a promise to call back. Didn?t happen. 3 more calls with messages went unanswered. Obviously this is a very special car to put up with such blatant poor service. I went out to the lot to see the car and I was put back with the guy ? Gerry Baggs, who never returned my calls! Really! So I bought the car and it was handed over to me with dried wax goo along the front edge of the hood and in the cracks of the moon roof and a dirty floor mat on the driver?s side. They could only find 1 of the 2 sets of keys (they did deliver the 2nd set 2 days later). 2 or 3 days after purchase, they came back to me requiring additional financial information or ?they couldn?t give me the title.? Really! After purchase I started looking into making sure the paint has a quality protection. Sweeney puts ?Sweeny Shield? on every car at a cost of $700 to the buyer. They provide Zero information on what this is. Multiple calls went unanswered and without return calls. When I did finally get to talk with someone, the only info I get is that it is a ?great product? but not what kind product it is or from what source, in order to be able to determine compatibility with other products. They promised to call back with more information, but it didn?t happen. Again after multiple calls, I finally talk with someone who tells me again what a great product it is but nothing about it and after some discussion he directs me to an internet site that he `thinks? is related to their product. We both go on the site where we are told that no information is available. He then tells me to look at the papers I received when I bought the car ?because everything is in there!? The papers state that ?Sweeney Shield is a product of Par Financial Services, Inc.? ? a bank, and again, Zero information on the product. I called Par Financial Services and after being on hold for a long time while they tried to find someone who knew something about it, I was told that she was pretty sure they had nothing to do with it other than being the banker and that they would have someone call me. I asked who and was told ? someone from the dealership! Really! I related that I had already tried them multiple times and that I was anxiously awaiting a call. Eventually someone did call with a modicum of relevant information. 22 days after purchasing the car, and 24 or 25 days after leaving a message for a salesman, a salesman did call me back ? to try to sell me a car! Really! Finally, to round out this horror story, my financing papers were screwed up so that I receive threatening mail from the loan company and I had to spend 2 hours of my time straightening out the mess. I love my car ? but I will never buy there again. I will likely buy more dodge vehicles in the next 6 months but not from this dealership. Run screaming from this dealership.

Do your homework
Went up to the dealership to talk to a mutual friend about getting a car. We automatically saw what we liked and were negotiating the price. When I asked him to give me his best price (considering he would give us nothing but the best since he knew us) he suggested just leasing another car. I was never told the price and it didn't seem like they wanted to work with me at all. I left my number and he insured me that he would call back. I never heard anything until I called him to ask what was going on. And even then I was still getting the run around. At one point though I called and got another salesman on the phone and told him the car that I wanted and what the price was and he told right then and there that he would take 3000 off the asking price. Where is the loyalty that Jake Sweeney is suppose provide? Services sucks too because it takes them 3hours to do an oil change and if you're not waiting for that then they are trying to buy back your car while you wait. Show some respect and LISTEN to your customers. Whatever gimmicks you want to pull you live with on your conscience but do not treat your customers like we're idiots. I refuse to do business with them anymore.

Poor Service & Exhorbitant quote for repair
I had an unfortunate experience with my Jeep automatic transmission that requires I replace it. My issue with Jake Sweeney is not that I need to replace the transmission, but it took them a week to come to that conclusion with my car sitting in their shop. I lost the use of my car and the opportunity to have it fixed within that same amount of time because they failed to act with any sense of urgency. Quite the opposite, the service manager couldn't have moved slower. I got an exorbitant quote for a remanufactured transmission with a minimal warranty compared to other shops in Cincinnati. He estimated it high because he had no idea what was wrong until they opened it up. Yet, in the next sentence he charged me $100 for diagnostic services. Huh??? All he did was run the fault codes with his hand held diagnostic tool when I arrived with the Jeep! He claimed the car had instrumentation tied to it that needed to be removed before it could be towed out to another shop for the repair. I was there in less than 10 minutes and found no instrumentation on the car. Hint: That's because there never was any instrumentation used on the car and that's why they have no idea what is wrong with the transmission. Bottom line: Slow and unresponsive service personnel, double talk, and exorbitant quotes. I would avoid this service center!

I was shopping for 6 weeks for a 2 0 13 dodge 3500 ram truck and wasn't having much luck finding what I was looking for. Myles found the truck for me in 2 days and brought to the dealership. It was just what I wanted!!! I love my new truck!
