Amazing dealership starting from when you first walk thru the door to sales team and then gentleman looking at car to final delivery everything was excellent. If you need a ford Lincoln Mazda the dealership is one of the best hands down.

I was charged $100 deductible for warranty work.
I was charged $100 deductible for warranty work. This charge was not charged on previous warranty work. The sticker which is usually placed on the wind shield was not placed. The sticker from the previous service from a Florida ford dealership was still attached. Was the work done? I have been using Chapman Ford for service sine I purchased the car. But, they have lost me as a customer. I have purchased Ford vehicles over the last 50 years, but, Ford has lost me as a customer.
