Amazing dealership starting from when you first walk thru

Amazing dealership starting from when you first walk thru the door to sales team and then gentleman looking at car to final delivery everything was excellent. If you need a ford Lincoln Mazda the dealership is one of the best hands down.

I was charged $100 deductible for warranty work.

I was charged $100 deductible for warranty work. This charge was not charged on previous warranty work. The sticker which is usually placed on the wind shield was not placed. The sticker from the previous service from a Florida ford dealership was still attached. Was the work done? I have been using Chapman Ford for service sine I purchased the car. But, they have lost me as a customer. I have purchased Ford vehicles over the last 50 years, but, Ford has lost me as a customer.

In my search for the Ford Maverick, the team at Chapman was the only one to continuously follow up and alert me on the stock of the vehicle. My sales rep Doug was very thorough, friendly, and fair. He made my experience really enjoyable. I am very happy with my vehicle and the process.

Stuck to the schedule.

Stuck to the schedule. The video of what was wrong and the fix was fantastic. Price quoted was the actual price. The fix worked. Fantastic job. Highly recommend Chapman Ford service.
