Arrived early for early drop off for service, but couldn?

Arrived early for early drop off for service, but couldn?t get in, gates were locked about 6:10am as I went to the second gate, a car pulled up behind me. It was an employee. I did not appreciate his negative attitude I tried to diffuse this situation and said baby it?s just early for both of us and he replied. It?s not early for me. I?m supposed to be here and I gotta get in.. Didn?t like the gentleman?s attitude. I assume my oil change went fine, but there was oil grease inside my car I took pictures. Apparently the techs handprints were in different spots First time experiencing anything negative generally things are good at Chapman..

Used car manager stands outside and unprofessionally

Used car manager stands outside and unprofessionally smokes giant clouds of smoke next to the front entrance. Then he stands behind a counter and lies to you about what numbers are on his screen for your trade. He will state there is many things wrong with your car. Look him in the face and ask him what is wrong with your car and you will get no response. Manager Donald that sits behind the counter all weekend. He calls you tells you the numbers over the phone then he starts playing games and lying when you get there in person. They don't care to waste your time just to have something to do or someone to work. I think they must be preying on peoples personal credit information for identity theft purposes. They seem to really want your social security number even when you are not buying anything. Tried to sell me a 2024 F-150 for $6500 over MSRP. Then proceeded to offer my $7,000 less then Kelly Blue Book for my trade and stated "the brake pads are at 50% in the front" Then when attempted to leave the numbers magically changed $7,000 in one swift pencil like it was a miracle. This place is 1985 car sales. Watch the movie "Suckers" and that is the exact experience you will have at this store. EXACT If they call you and tell you the numbers are done and come in to make the deal, expect to begin negotiations all over again when you get there and to only again leave in disgust. Female sales consultant RAYNA HOLMAN was very nice honest. Its a shame she has to work for such a scam operation.

Purchased new 2023 Lincoln Corsair.

Purchased new 2023 Lincoln Corsair. After multiple attempts to connect, it went in for service. Car was picked up on TH 9/12 and returned 9 days later on 9/21 without any repair because they said the replacement part did not come in. Service department said they would contact me when the part came in to reschedule. Still waiting......
