Had recall issues that needed to be repaired but because
Had recall issues that needed to be repaired but because of these issues water got into the roof and fried my sunroof motor since they still can't fix these issues because they will not have the parts for another 2 months and dirt and water are still getting into roof. They said it's my fault because it won't drain because it's got dirt and things in there but the reason dirt and water got in there is because the recall is for the pillers on the side of the windshield are letting dirt and water in there. The car only has 60k miles on a 2017. This is my 2nd brand new ford that I've bought and I don't think I'll ever buy another one. Service rep was very nice and tried but the people who deal with the customers never get to make these decisions. It's always the person in the background that don't ever get to talk to customers
