My car was in there for a week.

My car was in there for a week. I was not kept updated. Not unless I called except for the last day. Also when I took my car the first day I was not aware that I had to schedule a loaner. I was told she was checking with management. Two hours later she said they would be done soon. Another hour later I’m getting a loaner. I wouldn’t recommend this service department at all.

Always polite , great service.

Always polite , great service.. writer was very good. Buy all my cars from Jackie and Donald. Will miss Bill Kassner when he retires.

Service was great!

Service was great! The customer service tech named Ty was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She represents Chapman Ford in the best way. She deserves the highest recognition.

Had recall issues that needed to be repaired but because

Had recall issues that needed to be repaired but because of these issues water got into the roof and fried my sunroof motor since they still can't fix these issues because they will not have the parts for another 2 months and dirt and water are still getting into roof. They said it's my fault because it won't drain because it's got dirt and things in there but the reason dirt and water got in there is because the recall is for the pillers on the side of the windshield are letting dirt and water in there. The car only has 60k miles on a 2017. This is my 2nd brand new ford that I've bought and I don't think I'll ever buy another one. Service rep was very nice and tried but the people who deal with the customers never get to make these decisions. It's always the person in the background that don't ever get to talk to customers
