I called Nick East and found what I was looking for

I called Nick East and found what I was looking for online, he was super easy to deal with and helpful. Even made my transaction easy for me, in Louisiana, and their dealership in Illinois. The financing with Mike was also pleasant and super easy, they even drove my truck down to Louisiana for me. I’d buy another truck from them, good people!

Way unerring value your trade

This dealer says they use Kelly Blue Book to value your trade. I tried to trade a 2021 Tahoe LT with 38,000 miles and the offered me less than the lowest Kelly Blue Book value. It didn't even come close to the book value. It was the only reason I called them. Don't recommend. My sales person was nice though.

Great people and customer service there.

Was a great experience, all so nice from salesman Ben to Mike in finance. They make you feel wanted there and very helpful. Couldn't had a better experience in buying my new car from them.

Bad vehichle

My boyfriend and I went to test drive a jeep there with my step daughter. When we were leaving town we got up to 40 miles and the jeep started “death shaking”. It shook so bad like a tire was going to fall off or something serious was wrong. We quickly turned around and returned to the dealership and advised of the issue. He stated he would get it in to the service department and get us a call as we were still Interested if it got fixed. A couple days passed and we hadn’t heard anything so we called back to check in. He advised the service department was backed up. However the jeep was placed back on the lot the day we left after the incident and hasn’t moved.

best srevice for buying a vehicle

NICK EAST WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND .one of the easiest purchases i have ever had .Called on Saturday to look at vehicle .They stayed late to wait and drove vehicle home for weekend . deal was taken care of on Monday they drove paperwork to me and came to pick vehicle up a week later for some work. I live a good 45 min away .

Service sucks! Do not do business here

Took my vehicle there for a simple radiator change. They took 2 weeks 2 long. I called and called asking them why it’s taking so long and what’s going on ?? They kept blaming my insurance and Covid, but in all actuality they sent my information to the wrong email address and insurance did not get it till 3-4 days of it being there 😡 instead of blaming my insurance and playing dumb they should have told me the truth from the beginning and I may have been a little more understanding. Now my car still sits up there stripped down to god knows what, gives me an uneasy feeling like do they even know what they’re doing ??? I mean if they can’t be up front about a simple mistake (sending email to wrong address) can you imagine what else goes unsaid. Never doing business with them again !! #Iwantmycarback!!!😡😡😡😡
