Very Informative and Pleasant

I used Cars.com to look for jeeps in my area. I found several jeeps but only 3 with a strait 6 4.0 Liter engine. Diepholz had the vehicle I was looking for so I contacted them via email, 10 minutes later I received a call from the dealership. I gave them some information and they started working on finances. I did have several options of my own but the terms they came up with far exceeded my own options. I went down on a Saturday to look at the jeep. There were a few very minor things i wanted done, floor mats and some little details fixed up on the jeep. I came back to pick it up the following tuesday. Everything was perfect. They couldn't find any floor mats so they actually went out and bought them for me! The buying process was very pleasant and didn't take very long. Everyone was very eager to help. I have told everyone about my experience. I hope others will take advantage of this wonderful place to purchase their next vehicle.

Wonderful Experience

This is the first time dealing with Diepholz, and I will continue to return. I have purchased all of my cars through Pilsons and was not recently happy with their "used" selection, so I decided to look with Diepholz. I was really wanting a Cadillac and when I went online and found one with Diepholz, it secured my decision to look for a car with them. I emailed requesting a test drive and was immediately emailed back with an appt time as well as a phone call to secure that time as well. I could not have been happier with the internet salesman and their courtesy and professionalism. Matt Sears was wonderful with setting us up with an appt and directing us to a salesman that eventually had us purchasing a new vehicle. Mike Daume then proceeded to finalized everything with us and I could not have asked for a better person to do that. He will definitely be why we will return and refer anyone that we know to your facility. Thank you so much guys, I appreciate everyone in making my buying experience wonderful!

Great service!

We were in the market for a newer model Jeep Wrangler (I am very picky about my Jeeps) and they went above and beyond when the first one I fell in love with had pre trade-in issues. After that one fell through they kept me in mind and called me first thing when another one meeting my criteria hit their lot. I completely enjoyed working with Andy Tibbs and Matt Sears and everyone else we came into contact with. They were always friendly, professional and dedicated to helping us get the vehicle that would make us the happiest. I am in love with my Jeeps, both old and new (to me).

Called about a used car they had listed on internet , they said car was there, I immediately drove 45 minutes to get there, was there was a mistake, that car had been sold but was still internet listed.... but would I be interested in another while I was there.

Great Experience

Overall my wife and I had a great experience and I will definitely be back. What started out as a simple courtesy visit (due to great customer service by following up with me via email) turned into us buying a car. I had no expectations of buying a car as we just wanted to look at it but we quickly knew we were not leaving without it as the process was simple and everyone was extremely nice. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and will easily drive an hour + back to them again

excellent place to do business

This was a very satisfying experience buying my car from Diepholz. Mark McKay will bend over backwards to do what he can for you. Roger East was also helpful and Mike in getting the loan. Mark called to see how I liked it and make sure nothing wrong and called two days before to remind me of when I was to be over there for mud flaps etc. They are definitely your friend besides your salespeople. I would recommend them highly to anyone that wanted to see and test drive a car.

Pleased!

I love my car and it was nice how much help was given. The fact I don't know anything about cars was received with a laugh and detailed explanations of how everything would work. The only real complaint I had, though I understand it's business, is how fast people talked, like they were trying to get something by you without your noticing. Not a big deal since my car's fantastic and the people I talked to were great. My car's gotten me to Ohio and back without a single problem. My entire family goes through Diepholz and we have very few problems. I recommend Diepholz.
