Outstanding purchase !!

Sales staff was wonderful to deal with picked out our new car and while we were away for a few days they picked it up on a Holiday none the less and had it ready and waiting for us when we returned. Perfect!!

2013 Chevy Cruze

My first car was starting to have problems, and I didn't want to keep pouring money into it. I had seen some Chevy Cruzes driving around town, and I thought they looked pretty sharp. I decided on a Tuesday to check the lot, test drove it early Friday morning, and by noon, I was a new owner. It could not have been a more positive experience. Any questions I had were answered, and if the person I was speaking with didn't have an answer, he sought one out from his colleagues. I felt very at ease, and obviously, it was a very quick process. I left feeling incredibly happy, knowing that any problems I had, I could come back and they would be taken care of; I was even given cell phone numbers so that I could make a call regardless of business hours. I will go back to Phil Bowen for any future car purchase, but I have a feeling that I'll be driving my Cruze for many years to come.

Diepholz Auto Center

The Diepholz Auto Group was AMAZING throughout the buying process. Andy Tibbs, salesperson and Mike Daume in the finance department were great. Every other employee in the facility were awesome as well. Diepholz WILL be getting all of my recommendations and my business. I couldnt be happier!

Ms. Ursa Johnson

I recently purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan from Diepholtz. I was filling out an application on line when they called me. I was very much surprised when they took care of all of this for me. I explained that my van had been totaled and I was looking to replace it. I explained what I wanted and that same day they called telling me they had a van and would I like to come in and look at it. I went to the dealership to inspect the van and take it for a test drive. They not only found one with my requirements, but exceeded what I had asked for. Needless to say I bought this van. Diepholtz was the first and last place I looked. The service was excellent. I had no need to look elsewhere. My expectations were met and definitely exceeded. The staff treated me with the utmost respect and was very helpful in explaining all the features on the van. They not only sold me a van, but the after sale experience is over and beyond what I have ever found before. I didn't feel like okay you bought it goodbye. They will be there to help in anyway they can after the sale. Thank you Diepoltz. I will definitely reccomend you to all my friends and family. Very friendly staff and great customer service

We had a great experience at Diepholz in Charleston. Great customer service. Everyone we met had a smile and were eager to help us. Josh, Matt and Mark from the internet sales department were wonderful to us. They were willing to go the extra mile to make a deal with us. Thank You Diepholz!
