Good service, horrible car

I received excellent customer service from this facility. Althought once I had got the car I had our purchased home, it had a very extreme transmission leak. It was an as is car, but it does appear they knew about it and failed to inform me. I contacted them for any kind of help as I was in a financial bind and received none.

WOW!!!!

Our hats are off to this dealership! We have been looking for a new SUV for our family for sometime now comparing all aspects of every SUV vehicle and found that the GMC Terrain might be the one for us but we needed to drive it to be absolutely sure. So we called the Diepholz dealership and was connected to Mark McKay. We were absolutely blown away by Mark and by Mike, their guy in their finance department! The experience was so simple, so fast, so easy and with no pressure of any kind! The phrase 'above and beyond' can't hardly touch how we were treated! So take our advise and "Stop by and experience the Diepholz difference" yourself and let them blow YOU away!

Great car buying experience!

I bought a 2000 Mazda Miata from Matt Sears with Diepholz in August. He worked with me like I was buying a brand new vehicle. Answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would buy again from Diepholz.

great service

I couldn't have been treated any better...Colby Irwin was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the SUV I bought. He took his time to explain everything to me. I even left my wallet on his desk, I ask him where was a good place to eat he told me...when I reach the place my cell phone rang it was Colby telling me he had my wallet and that he was on his way with it..what a great person and place to business with..I highly recommend Diephooz. The following business day I went to pick up my vehicle and Colby spent a good 45 minutes in the car with me and set everything up for me. Thanks for a great experience

3rd times the charm!

3 years ago we helped our granddaughter purchase a vehicle at diepholz and were very happy with the service we received. When it came time to update our truck we found just what we wanted online at the diepholz website. We drove in the next day, looked at several options and with Andy Tibbs help we found exactly what we were looking for. The deal was closed the next day. Based on our experience with Andy and Mike everything was handled smoothly and we drove away a happy customer. Once again we found ourselves wanting to upgrade our main car and once again we knew where to go and who to ask for. We completed this deal, with no hassle, got exactly what we wanted And once again were very pleased with the service we received and would gladly refer others to shop there. They maintain an excellent service department and offer a personal touch.

Red Buick buyers

Our salesman was low keyed with no high pressure. For the first time in two decades, we purchased a used car, not a new one. We got new tires, two years of free oil changes, and free Saturday car washes. Good people to work with.
