Great Experience

I drove from Denver after I saw the car I wanted online. Jake Bowen was helpful in getting the information I needed up front, since it would have been difficult for me to see it first-hand quickly. Upon my arrival a couple days later, Jake had the car ready for a test drive which went great. The car was pretty much as he had described. The purchase/trade process went very smoothly, and we were on our way back to Denver within 2 hours total time. The atmosphere of the dealer is definitely small-town, but I liked it. They were very much "small-town friendly", and very prompt in their work. I'll definitely be in touch with them the next time I'm in the market for a "new" car.

Absolute, Wonderful Team!

I searched over 50 dealers in and around Colorado, none of them came close to being reasonably priced except Columbine Ford. I had experience with at least 2 other finance departments from other dealerships and had a very poor experience with them. Columbine Ford provided all around GREAT service from choosing a vehicle to fit my needs to getting financing. I would highly recommend this team! They are not your typical car sales team (that just shove you into a deal), they work with you every step of the way.

2007 Ford Fusion SEL

I decided to buy a second car, and had recently visited several dealerships around the area but was not impressed with any of them. Most of them were very forceful and tried to get me to buy a car I didn't even want. I had also put a hold/deposit on a car at one of the dealerships while I waited for my pre-approval. Once I had the certificate, I made an offer on the car, and they jacked up the price on me. I was not happy about that so I walked. There was one other local dealership that I hadn't visited, and that was Columbine ford. I heard a lot of good things about the dealership, and decided to check out their website. I found a couple of cars that interested me, so I contacted the dealership. I made initial contact with Stan, and he informed me that one of the cars I was interested in was already sold. He informed me that he had another car he thought I would like though. I drove from my home to meet with Stan and he showed me a 2007 Ford Fusion SEL. I drove the car and told Stan it would work for me as long as the numbers were right for my budget. He told me he thought he could get the numbers where I needed them to be. I told him I was pre-approved by my credit union and wanted to see some numbers on the Fusion. He and Jimmy B. insisted that I allow them to try their credit resources as well. I really didn't want to, but agreed. Ultimately, the decision was made to use my credit union as long as they could agree on my budget numbers. So, with that said, I waited quite a while for someone to sit down and go over the numbers with me. This never happened! It should have been a quick deal since I had already been pre-approved. I would have given them a higher score if Stan or Curtis would have taken the time to go over the numbers with me on a worksheet. I was pre-approved by my credit union, but had to wait several hours before I actually saw any numbers. When I was sent to Curtis by Stan, Curtis already had the contract written up. This was the first time I had seen any numbers on paper. I hadn't even agreed to purchase the vehicle yet. Ultimately, we were able to agree on a deal for the 2007 Ford Fusion. Curtis was great at explaining everything to me, and made sure the numbers were where I needed them to be. Stan was also great when it came to taking care of my concerns with the car. He had the detail crew clean it up nicely before I drove it off the lot. They even had one of the guys follow me home in the vehicle I drove to the dealership, and brought me back so I could drive the Fusion home. That to me is customer service! Even though we initially got off on the wrong foot, I would recommend Columbine Ford to anyone that is interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. The made it right at the end of the day! They will take care of you as long as you make it clear to them what you're looking for. I hope to do business with them again in the future. No other dealer in the area will take care of you like these folks do. Thanks again everyone! Ray

Great Service

I was able to get the car I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay! Everyone was very friendly, and made the car buying experience fun! I will be shopping here again! They had a great variety of new and used cars on the lot.

Excellent facility and people

My family and I went to this dealership on July 22 2013, after we had already been to our local dealership looking to buy a vehicle and basically had the door shut in our face with a laugh. So, I made a phone call to this dealership to Paul, who then forwarded my message to Tim, who ultimately put me in contact with Josh. This dealership was more than friendly and went way out of their way to help. I was able to talk to a person(s) and that person(s), (Josh and Paul) kept in contact with me the whole time. Until they were able to get me financed on a 2012 Subaru. When we arrived at the dealership to see our vehicle they had picked out for us, it was sitting in front of the dealership and they had keys in hand to allow us to test drive and inspect the vehicle. Did I mention they met us in the front parking lot, shook my hand, and introduced themselves. After I took the vehicle on a test drive and my husband gave the car a once over, they took me straight to financing where the paper work was being processed by Curtis, this process only took 20 min tops. Then when I was done signing for the car, we met with Jimmy, Josh, Tim and Paul again, where they congratulated us on the purchase of our "new" car. As we all said our good byes and thank you, I was in tears with how happy I was and how little time I had to spend at this dealership. Did I mention that I drove over 2 hours to get this car!!!!!!!! Even though we had some financial problems in the past we felt like we were royalty being in this dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that want to feel like they are actually a human beings and they have some meaning and needs. I will never go to my local dealership again. They next vehicle will be purchased at this dealership, as long as these employees are there.

Buyer Beware

BUYER BEWARE, these guys lie, and say whatever they can to get you in and then think they can treat you however they want. They tried pulling out every trick in the book on me, I just walked away.
