I dealt with a salesman over the phone that was very rude. When I tried to negotiate a price he became very defensive. They offered me terrible trade in value, and insulted my trade in's. When I questioned the salesman on this, he told me I was sensitive. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me I would have to call him myself, and hung up on me. I called and talked to the manager Steve, he was fine and offered a good deal. I choose not to deal with them, and keep my money local. I have never had a salesman treat me this way.

customer service experience was a nightmare, no communication (sales department extremely rude) - Management failed to take complaint serious .....buyer beware
