Rolled into Rifle from New Richmond Ohio on one leg with my old 08 ford . Met up with Josh and Tim as they help me out with my truck My truck wasn't going to make it back to ohio.So looking for a new f350 four wheel drive with long bed ,Long bed was the problem They went up and b on there call to find the truck i wanted . Being on the mts. was a big hassel (no cell service) Josh came thru for me found truck . Also they gave us a loaner truck to get back and forth off the mts.Want to thank Tim for standing behide his word on making this deal happen. Great bunch of guys don't let these guys get away from your dealership as it would b a big loss .Just want to thank you Josh and Tim again . Truck ran great and love it

Fantastic customer service. Good people who treat you fairly. We had spent four days playing the finance game with a dealer in Grand Junction. These Ravi spoke with me by phone in the am and we drove home with a car that evening with a fair finance charge and auto cost. They also stayed an hour after close for us to drive to Rifle. I have to say I have not had the best experiance with dealerships and was not really sure what to expect with Ford. When I was told to talk with Dustin I went straight to him and from day one he has been nothing but very nice and has done his best to help me get into a car. I am a single mother of two and the minute I told him my situation Everyone I have dealt with at Ford has gone out of their way to help my family. I feel comfortable dealing with them and will refer my friends and family to them! Thank you everyone at Ford for all your help!!

We were looking for a new Escape. We thought that we would get a 2013 because Ford had 0% interest on those cars. When we got to the dealership, they didn't have any 2013's on the lot. They gave us 0% interest on a 2014 along with another rebate and a fair trade in for our car. Stan was very helpful and the whole process in buying a car was very quick and hassle free.

Great people to deal with and they gave me a good deal on the Subaru I purchased. It's nice to deal with a dealership that is upfront and honest from the start of the sale to the end of the sale and a dealership that doesn't play the pricing games with it's customers. I would buy more vehicles in the future from Columbine Ford.
