Sales agent (Daryl Nelson) was easy to work with and

Sales agent (Daryl Nelson) was easy to work with and reviewed a great number of SUV’s on the family of dealerships master list with me over the phone then had the desired ones ready for me to drive. Service after the sale was what really impressed me.

SEEDY DEALERSHIP

What can I say ? Offers : Trade in 3000.00 Less than the last 2 Ford dealerships, Prices thousands higher on similar vehicles at other Local ( within 75 mile radius ) yet have double/ triple the mileage ? I understand you have to make a buck just like the rest of us but scalping is no way to do business and does have a lasting effect. Not going to mention names but the salesman I dealt had the personality on an uncooked Potato . If I could narrow this dealership to one word I would use the word Seedy. Hopefully this was just a bad day and things will get better but as far as I am concerend This dealership is the Worst I have encountered in the last 35 years.

What can I say ? Horrible service dept! -5+ ⭐️

If I could give negative stars there would be 5 of them! Horrible service! I scheduled an oil change I then canceled my oil change because I needed to add some others services like transmission fluid and filter change, fuel filter change, and multi point inspection along with the oil change. They scheduled it for all the services I needed. When I arrived I heard a service lady tell one of the service guys that the mechanic they scheduled my vehicle with wouldn’t do the transmission work but never told me it wouldn’t be done. 2 hrs later I get a call they said my transmission fluid did need changed as well as the filter but they didn’t have a filter and couldn’t find one in stock. I asked if I found one and went and picked it up and brought it in if it could get done it is what I really needed done, my husband works on the road and it is hard for us to schedule far in advance because we never know where he will be or for how long. The guy said yes if I can find it and bring it they will do the service. I told him I would call back within 10 mins and let them know if I found it. I did find one and called back five mins after I talked to him, told him I found one we where on our way to go get it and would be there within 30 mins. I was then told that he would have to check to see if it could still be done and very quickly was told I would have to reschedule that they didn’t realize my vehicle was a 10 speed and it was going to take longer then they expected. My vehicle was specifically scheduled for this service and it was being denied. Had I know this I would have took my vehicle else where where I could get the service I needed and not just the service they wanted to perform! My husband pretty heated over the ordeal got on the phone and told them how he felt like they knew from the begging that they weren’t going to do because of the comment when we first pulled in, the guy then told him that that was a misunderstanding that the guy they scheduled our vehicle with didn’t work on fords. xxx don’t work on fords at a ford service dept! Why is he working there??? Now I’m not even sure if my $60,000 Ford F-250 got the proper service. Do not go to this ford service dept to get your vehicle serviced it is a joke! -5 ⭐️! $351 for an oil change, fuel filter and, multi point inspection.

Great purchase.

We drove 5 hours each way to pick up my new (used) car and it was well worth it. Everyone there was great. Love my new vehicle.Thanks to the great staff for making it easy.

We love our Ron!!

Great Service, As Always

Great service as always, and as I have come to expect from Bob Ridings in Taylorville. No complaints and really quick service. I appreciate the dealership went back to oil change appointments. Everyone is pleasant and professional.

No complaints - great experience

No hassle. Met me at the price I needed. Smooth process. Absolutely fantastic experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to others, and they'll be at the top of my consideration set the next time around.
